I was never a great cook until I met my fiancé, who has taught me so many new recipes and techniques. Because of those lessons from my fiancé, my confidence in preparing food has grown exponentially, and I now I can even say I’m pretty good at it!

I take pride in my signature Creamy Tuscan Chicken dish, because it was the first tasty meal I perfected and shared with my loved ones. My friends and family love it and always ask when I’m going to make it next.

I’ve found that It is a great substitute for Thanksgiving or Christmas dinner. It’s a the kind of go-to meal that will satisfy any food-lover, and I just love how the flavors all blend together. A meal that is simple yet filling is always 5-Star, in my book.

  6. Add the heavy cream and bring it to a boil

  7. Add the parmesan cheese, keep stirring until the sauce is thickened slightly.

  8. Place chicken back in the pan, spooning the sauce on the top of the chicken.

  9. Finish with garnishing the chicken with the chopped green onions.

Perfect Sides

Cajun Green Beans – Place a can of french styled green beans in small pot. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of cajun spice. Add 1 or 1 ½ tablespoons of butter. Place lid on pot. Put heat to medium and when the butter is melted, place heat on low.

Boil for 30-35 minutes. Drain. Put potatoes back in pot. Add 1 to 1 ½ cup of ranch dressing and add 1 tablespoon of garlic and salt. Mash it all together and add anymore ranch if desired.
